Snorkeling

My roommate is so nice to me! Being ‘stuck’ in Sydney for mid-semester break for a field trip, my roommate took me snorkeling with one of his friends in one of the local bays. It is called Gordon’s Bay and is just a short walk from the beach near campus.

Walking over the hill the three of us were very excited to see the water was calm and clear! Good views were inevitable!

I saw some awesome native species. Some bream, stingrays and some large schools of small fish. It was the perfect way to spend a sunny afternoon! One thing I can say about saltwater is that it makes my hair feel like a mess and impossible to brush but it looks like nice beach waves!
